2010 Events

Feb. 20,   2010 March 20, 2010 Dawsonville Workday Ralph is having a clean up day in Dawsonville so bring your chainsaws, shovels and work gloves for a full day of clean up.  Typically we throw in a trail ride around mid afternoon so bring your rig too. DETAILS Be there at 9:00 AM on Saturday morning. If you need directions shoot me an email or post up to the IH8MUD forum       Day Ride Durhamtown 4x4 Park consists of 20 miles of Trails with obstacles for Modified Riding and Trails designed for Stock Vehicles as well. Hill Climbs, Rock Climbing, Off Camber & plenty of mud for those Mud Boggers. Camping and cabin rentals available Cost: $20 / Driver (park fee) Location: 2350 Randolph Church Rd. Union Point, GA 30669  GPS: N33 40.333 W82 59.894 This can a tough place to find so coordinates work best.

Trail Rides are held roughly once a month and are planned annually.  We try to have at least 1 Over-night trip per quarter incorporating some new and some favorite locations.  We attempt to stay within a reasonable driving distance of the Atlanta area.  Depending upon the event a trail ride may consist of a single "out and back" day ride or it could encompass an entire weekend with overnight camping and wheeling.

Help a Member

One of the best benefits of being a club member is the Help a Member event.  These are designed to assist other members get their rigs trail ready.  we usually have an official HAM day 3 to 4 times a year or as events and members warrant.  in addition there are always ongoing unofficial build days also to outfit members rigs.
